Sheffield Wednesday hoping to maintain play-off push against Stoke

Sheffield Wednesday will look to maintain their unbeaten run under manager Steve Bruce as they travel to Stoke on Saturday.

The Owls’ impressive form has put them just two points outside the play-offs.

Captain Tom Lees sees the upcoming game as important, especially as it comes before a difficult run of fixtures.

After facing Stoke, Wednesday have home games against fellow play-off chasers Nottingham Forest and Aston Villa before travelling to league leaders Norwich and third-placed Leeds.

Lees hopes the Owls will still be in with a chance of the top six after these games.

The captain is also glad that his team has gotten a period of time to relax and get ready for the long weeks coming, and hopes everyone is ready to have one last push.
