Rovers host Coventry at the Keepmoat Stadium knowing a win will secure them a playoff spot.
Doncaster sit 6th in League One, just one point ahead of Peterborough after failing to win their last three games.
However, manager Grant McCann said it was up to him and his staff to pick the right team to ensure a Rover’s win.
“We haven’t been scared of saying what our ambitions are, we’ve been focused on achieving that and kept the focus on that and now it all boils down to one game – three points and we’re in the play-offs.
“Everything that we’ve worked hard for from pre-season, all the dedication, the commitment, the hard work, it all comes down to Saturday,” he said.
If Doncaster equal or better Peterborough’s result with 9th placed Burton they will secure a playoff spot.
A draw for Peterborough would not be enough to gain a spot in the top six unless Doncaster lose by more than nine goals.
Should Doncaster qualify, they will play either Charlton, Sunderland or Charlton who could all finish in third. Portsmouth currently sit two points above Sunderland and Charlton and are Rover’s most likely opposition in the semi-finals.
Doncaster have no fresh injury worries.
Star striker John Marquis will look to continue his fine form and add to his tally of 20 goals for the season.
