Angry customers demand refunds after Sheffield’s Turkish baths goes up for sale

Sheffield’s historic Turkish baths, known for providing relaxing spa experiences, has drawn the ire of customers after allegedly failing to refund bookings.

Spa 1877 shut in September this year, and was put up for sale earlier this month.

However it appears that the company has not issued any refunds directly to customers, nor have they provided any advice for customers with bookings.

Many customers who had purchased gift vouchers before the spa’s closure have taken to social media to voice their frustration.

A few customers have been able to get refunds by approaching their banks, but this has not worked for everyone.

JUS News have made several attempts to contact Spa 1877 but no one is available for comment.

There’s been no update on the spa’s website either regarding potential refunds or options available to customers with bookings.
