A 15-year-old boy has died after being hit by two cars in Brinsworth last week.
The hit-and-run happened last Friday at around 11pm when a suspected stolen silver BMW sped down Brinsworth Lane where Ryan Durkin was walking.
A black Seat Ibiza also hit the 15-year-old before driving off in the same direction as the BMW.
Ryan was taken to hospital in critical condition but sadly died last Saturday.
Mitchell Hughes, a 24-year-old man of no fixed address, is currently charged with causing serious injury through dangerous driving and failing to stop after a collision.
He is also charged with aggravated burglary, possession of an offensive weapon and section 18 wounding.
He is currently being remanded in custody.
A 17-year-old man who was driving the Seat Ibiza remains released under investigation.
